E91 330d (2009) - Switching headlight beam for Europe

I don't have access to the manual right now, so does snayone know what's involved in switching the headlight beam from left side to right side driving for use on the continent? Is there some kind of switch/lever behind the headlamps? I have the adaptive headlamps (turn left/right with the steering), would this make any difference when switching?

Before you said about the adaptive lights, I was going to say that on my E39 with xeons there is a cap on the top of the light with a lever inside.

It may be similar for the adaptive lights, as I presume the whole unit turns. Nothing inside the projector unit.
