BMW x3 Air Bag

[redbullrsc]

Just bought a damaged x3 sport for towing, having a little bit of a hard time locating a steering wheel air bag for a half sensible price. Does any one know any one who has one or point me in the right direction Bmw part number is 440324006321

Or does a late e46 fit?

Many thanks in advance
