E70 Seat Back Removal

I need to get the plastic seat back covers off my E70 to address a headrest DVD wiring issue. Any clues as to how? I cannot for the life of me see how they are removed and what holds them on. I suspect plastic clips somewhere and don't want to break them.

On most modern BMWs you need to hold the top on either side and then pull it one way or another.
So push towards the other seat and then pull back or push towards the door and then pull towards you.

Does that make sense???
