x5 lpg /petrol anyone had one for long

Getting x 5 soon & wanted a petrol 4.4 or 4.6 & there seems to be a lot of good points to getting lpg one already converted( there are also a lot about!)? Are they any good? what is performance like ? are they diffrent to drive?
