We buy any car beating dealer prices?

So, I fancy another Z4 as I miss open top motoring. My 335i is great, but I always feel a bit removed from the whole driving process.

Anyway, after advertising on here and AT with no success, I thought I'd get a quote from WBAC. They offered £14,400, which was a bit poor, but expected.

I then saw this Z4

I love Maldives blue with ellipsoids and its a decent spec, so I thought I'd give them a call and see what deal they could give. The indicative value they gave for the 335i was £14,000. It only needs a front wheel refurb and its ready to retail as an AUC!

I advised the salesman that I would be willing to do a deal at the Z4 plus £5k my way, but he ummed and ahhed about it.

Am I being unreasonable??
