So what's likely to pack up just after my warranty expires?

My 325iSE is 3 years old in March and I'm taking it to my local dealer to sort out a small oil leak before it's out of warranty. So to you knowledgeable lot - is there anything in particular you advise i also get them to check out at this stage? Is there any common theme of things failing one week after waranty expires? Your thoughts would be apreciated.

Just extend the warranty for piece of mind like I did.
