BMW Ci Sports 325

I bought this last week from a second hand dealer and when I go over speed bumps I get a strange vibration through the steering wheel. The only way I can describe it is as if all the linkages between steering wheel and road wheels feel like bones/wooden and the steering wheel kind of shimmies. Is it because they are low profile tyres? Are my bushes knackered? Going back to dealer tomorrow to look at something else but wondered if anyone had any ideas what i could them to check as well?

Bushes, bushes, bushes.

Or ARB links?

Wishbone bushes. THE common fault on these cars, get powerflex items much better far more durable, just in the process of doing mine. make sure they are the sport items which are 62mm from memory.
