Turbo upgrade

Alright peeps, will a bmw 325tds turbo fit to a bmw 318tds.

Probably not - the 325tds turbo appears to have different oil fittings to the one on the 318 (plus the fact that it's designed for a 6-cylinder engine rather than a 4-pot).

is there any ways to get more boost out of the turbo that it's got or anything that you can advise to get more power??
