Cars heading to BMW for an Oil Service next week and I always like to give them the OIl, rather than paying their extortinate prices!

Whats the grade? (Handbook doesnt specify it!)?

You need oil that conforms to BMW LL04 standard, and IIRc you need best part of 7 litres.
