A little advice!

My mate is just about to buy a e91 320d and has had a rac inspection. There are 2 things that it has thrown up which I think isn't much of an issue but wanted to double check. Firstly there is a little oil residue around the oil in pipe to the intercooler and both side repeaters and rear brake light have condensation. Do we think this is just little issues or something suspicious?
