1996 E36 convertible roof woes

Hi All,

I've picked up a 1996 320i convertible for an absolute song. It needs some work to get her back to her former
glory, main priority is the roof. The mechanism isn't working, no motor sounding and there is a small tear on the rear quarter of each panel where the material as been nipped by the frame somehow.

Is there anyone recommended who is mobile and can come and sort the mechanism/ motor and repair the tears? Based in Hertfordshire.
