Anyone had any dealings with them?

They sold me an M3 in Feb and somehow they managed to damage the rear brake disc during tyre change in Jan

Just wondered if they are always spanner monkeys or if it was just a one off

Now i just found out they didnt sort out the onboard computer properly after its running in service so its misreading the oil service by 3000 miles

They have been fantastic every time I have needed anything done. So much so that I will be driving past a couple of dealerships on my way to them for a service at the end of April.

I went there originally because a colleague had great experiences with them too.

Bought a car from there a couple of years ago. Wasn't particularly impressed with the service I received or the prep of the car. Have since traded it in for another BMW dealer and it was a much more pleasent transaction.

I bought my one from the one in Tring...

It wasn't great...I have found better dealers...

I have had dealings with both Specialist Cars in Tring (bought a secondhand car there) and Luton.

Neither are particularly good to be honest. The salesman in tring was a typical tw*t who thought his knowledge of cars was somehow superior..
