BMW 325 i x WIll it ever be sought after

I spotted a sorry looking 325 i x on saturday,it looked like it had been laid up for years from the walk past opportunity that I had to inspect it.I was wondering if this car should be rescued as a potential 'project' car? or just leave it be as a no hoper.
All opinions appreciated.

What year? What kind of spec? As ever, Sports are sought after but I don't know if they did them with AWD... Was it a 2-door (did they even make one?) What are your skills like?

A grey, two-door Sport with leather would be no harder to repair than a green four-door with a beige cloth interior but in an E30 there's a world of difference on the values.

They'll all be LHD so that combined with AWD makes them not everyman's cup of tea.

The AWD components are unique to the 325ix and items like the transfer case can be expensive to repair if neglected.
