My 135i order is looking like about 12-13 weeks from order placement to delivery so far, so I would think a 3er convertible will be not too dissimilar....anything from 10-14 weeks would appear to be the norm for a BMW factory order.

depends on the spec you want but anytime from 6 weeks to about 16weeks depending on engine and gearbox choice.

Nice to see someone mention these, I quite fancy one for my next car. What spec are you going for?

Just a thought sjp - I was at my local dealers yday and they mentioned the current 3 series would halt production in sept/oct this year. So maybe wait for the new f30 unless you are offered a huge discount on outgoing model?

IIRC, it's only the E90 saloon and E91 touring that will end production later this year, and be intially replaced by the F30.

The E92 coupe and E93 convertible will continue as is for at least another 12/18 months or so until being replaced by a new version.
