I would have posted this on a car forum, but not sure you'd read it there. Anyway clocked you in Wandsworth aboot 8.45pm, did think about stopping to say hello, but wanted to get home. Nice car

Cheers,

On a more serious note, I'm out on my first bike track day at the weekend (Mallory, someone else's bike and subsidised through work). Part bricking it and part excitement. I hope the weather holds.

Steve.

P.S. Nice pic in yer profile.

Steve,

Take it easy coming out of the bus stop and also going round gerrards the first few times. Just remember that if you go in too fast, that by shutting off the throttle this will make you run wide, further scaring you. If in doubt, GENTLY roll the throttle on as soon as you enter the corner - it will help you hold a tighter line. You don't want to run out of road around Gerrards.....

Good luck. Let us know how you get on.

Signed up to the IAM, but very little time at the moment, so done nothing so far. Need to get back on the early shift so I can start working towards the advanced test in the light evenings. It might take me a while but it does seem worth it.

Thanks for the advice Fergus, I'll try and put it into action. Hopefully see some of you at the next ride out - I'll be the slow bloke who catches you up after 15 mins.

Steve.

Hello Steve,
I do indeed remember a yellow SV with VERY loud cans, as I was driving home - I pulled over slightly to let you through?? going towards the A3 direction..

Anyway - Hiya to you we had just been to a Farsiders gathering at the Kings Arms - to plan our attack on Val de Vienne and Nogaro this summer!
