Currently in California at the moment. Picking up a rental bike Friday, riding through Yosemite national park, up and around Mono lake then up and around lake Tahoe and back to San Francisco and home. Taking 3 days and going to enjoy the view!

Oh, and no Harley for me!

I'll post up some pictures when I get back!

Road tax the TDM again today and, hopefully, if I'm over this tummy-bug go for a ride somewhere (anywhere) tomorrow.

Youngest daughter gets back from Uni today and still needs to go out on her new-to-her ER5 so I would like the excuse to chaperone her.

Might be bikey, if I can find some time between shopping, house-hunting, rally watching and MotoGP. So probably a sunday night hoon of an hour or so.

Bikey, picking my new (to me) ZXR750 up tomorrow with my trusty trailer, a nice 360 mile round trip, bringing it back, putting all my gear on and taking it out for a jolly nice ride....gratuitous pic!!

And obviously watching TT and GP!

Bikey smile

Have arranged to have a set of Road pilot 2s fitted tomorrow morning. Then a gentle 25 mile ride home.

Weather permitting, will do the Cat and Fiddle (gently of course) a few times before the end of the bank holiday weekend smile

This weekend I will be staying well clear of motorbikes. If you believe everything you read on here, they are far too dangerous

Instead, I shall be walking my daughters Westy and Yorky around the Peak District. If the weathers nice, I might stop at a little tea shop

Full on bikey for me.

Saturday I'm fitting a new fuel pump to Mr Africa Twin.
Sunday or Monday is the Ace Cafe with Fats25 and few others
Sunday or Monday is a day out laneing with my lads
And on Tuesday I'm going to bite the bullet and change the bars on Mr 1300s for the more upright AC Schnitzer jobbies

I'll probably get pissed at some stage as well beer

Ride safe & enjoy everyone

Bikey hopefully. Hopefully finally putting my R6 rear end back together and wiring in my new lights.

Slightly worried that A: I wont be able to get the battery tray to fit the undertray.
B: If above done, then the battery which is the wrong size wont fit, even with modification to the undertray, and will have to wait for a new battery in the post, and
C: The wiring will far exceed my basic skills and I wont be able to get the bike back on the road yet ... frown It's been over 3 months since I've ridden the thing!
