ITS THE WEEKEND WHO IS DOING BIKEY THINGS???
Discussion
It’s been a damn long week. Every day has been 12hrs+ in the office preparing for a presentation today. I am f
king knackered.
The presentation finishes at 1.30, all I have to do then is feed my way through the bumblers in the West End and get back to the office and get changed. Hopefully I will be on the road no later than 2.30 to start my weekend.
I will be in the pub by 3.30

Going to pick my shiny new scooter up this afternoon.
So if you see a 12 plate black Honda PCX with L plates, somewhere between Preston and Burnley on the back roads today, please be nice and patient, it's my first time solo, the only on road ride I have done was my CBT last weekend, although himself will be in the car covering my ass!

Fitting new chain and sprockets to the Fazer after an alarming amount of stretch over the last 300 miles (granted the chain has done over 30k miles) Need to do the brakes as well but the previous owner has rounded off the screw that sits in front of the guide pin so that's going to need drilled (only the rear brake though so not sweating it right now). Need to start stripping down the R1 but that probably won't happen this weekend.
I'm looking for a CG125.
Annoyingly the ideal bike would be a Turkish made one with disc brake, electric and kick start, and the bigger tank.
Sadly, the disc ones don't have kick just electric and are the Brazil models.
(They did import a CG125 Storm with disc, kick and electric but it's not actually a proper CG125 and is OHV as apprised to push rod which makes the CG a CG!)
I'd like to know if the later ones can be converted to kick. I've looked online and it looks like the kick start gear on the lay shaft would be missing but I doubt they'd remodel the casing just leave the kick shaft out. Anyone?
(I'm after a kick because of very long distance reliability)

I'm assuming the card through the door demanding a customs fee is my FatDuc O2 manipulator so will have to nip down to the sorting office to pick it up and get that fitted to see if it makes a difference.
I'm booked on to the Garmin thing at Onyerbike in Aylesbury on Sat but if the weather is going to be miserable, I might leave it.
