Bloody Farmers !
almost came off the bike today, completely dry roundabout, farmer transporting corn (could have been Wheat / Barley, but for the purpose of this rant, it will be known as "Corn") in a biggest F*** off Trailer I have ever seen with wheels bigger than my house, as he takes the roundabout, this trailer sheds loads of corn onto the road. ok ... its Bio-degradable, but when your on 2 wheels with a contact patch of about 2cm front and back, this stuff might aswell be diesel or black ice!!!
Slid the Africa Twin 4 foot across the roundabout, just managed to keep upright. caught up with the farmer as he bimbled on his way, gave him a nasty look as I passed, and shook my fist in his general direction... If its not Horse Crap, its Mud... Now its Bloody Cereal!

Glad to hear your okay old chap.
Unfortunatly, i'm a farmer and whilst i agree its not good to have "corn" mud or crap on the road. I get sick of hearing all the slating that goes on. Keeping corn off the road should be possible and easily achieveable by simple measures and frankly is lazyness. Mud and crap (i'm not talking horse here) is mostly very difficult and impractical to keep off, particulary at this time of year. :shutdoorandrunlikefeck:
Still i know its not nice having experianced a similar moment on my R6. We always put road signs out with these kind of hazards.
All the best.
