What nice chaps they are....

Subscribed in August and October issue hasn't arrived so e-mailed them to complain.

They actually e-mailed me back and then rang me to explain that there had been problems and that I was one of 2,400 waiting. They apologised for the problem.

Just shows, if things go wrong and you handle it properly, it can often leave the customer more impressed with the company concerned...
