ok, the SV will soon be up for replacement as I have regained the taste for speed.

So: a 2005 Ninja at near list price of £7300, or a 2004, at less than 6K OTR ?

Damn, so long to spring time.

Got to say, a year out of biking has made it exciting again, just like it was for the first few years. Shame really that it got so casual. Still, the fun is back. Rock & Roll !

Ride safe all.

Not sure if it rocks your boat, but the 2005 636 will have an under seat exhaust. Sorry if I'm telling you something you already know.

Have not seen a pic of the new 636 yet so not sure what other changes apart from the exhaust have been made.

Anyhow, which ever one you go for is going to be a stonking Ninja
Happy days

I think the green ones are lovely!!,the zx10r in green is truly scumptious(vague memories of chitty chitty bang bang there),me thinks the silver ones are pretty yucky, black or silver are the worst colours for any bike!!,or car,a little boring in my eyes ..

Hmm, scariest thing is that it appears someone's been using back to black on the rear tyre in that 2nd pic

yep, that shiney tyre looks well dodge!

Saw the new Kwak at the NEC - I think it looks well smart, very much like the 10, they had one version with a carbon kit on it.... not sure if it's gonna be a standard option but it was very spesh.

edited to add.... the carbon spesh is in this weeks MCN at an additional premium of around £2500

Well I remember how my 636 went with both of us on it, so I think next years model with just me will be ballistic! shame Mrs Biker doesn't go out anymore. Maybe an extreme bike will tempt her to venture out again. She got bored with that f**king cruiser, and I can't say I blame her!
