Is there one of said devices with an earpiece for use on a motorbike and can they be interchangeable between car and bike when one is not in use?

Cheers,

Joe

I'm waiting for a response from Origin about this.

I've got a b2 but would like to transfer it between car & bike.

The snooper s4r does this. I've heard that their databases are not kept as up-to-date as the road angels, tho.

Good question this, and one I've been meaning to ask the forum also.

Looking forward to hear the outcome.

with the origin, all you need is a second cradle, and then you can drop the head unit onto either vehicle as you choose.

however, at £99 is an expensive solution...

But the Origin cradle doesn't hold the unit very securely and is it waterproof or would some covering be needed?

I thought about a B2 on my Blade but the question was, how do you keep the unit attached? with a rubber band was the answer from the guy trying to sell it to me.

Personally I think you could put a bit of industrial velcro on the cradle and on the back of the B2 and this should keep everything in place.

perhaps inside the map pocket of a tank bag?

when i got my b2 i was going to go down this route, but decided to much fecking around was needed.

for the old gps i simply velcro that on, and thinking of changing that to a pda soon and doing the same - along with appropriate camera database. Not sure i would see/hear the warnings though!
