Looking for very cheap way to communicate with her on the back during daily commute. Wondered whether you could use bluetooth facility on our mobiles to connect, only problem there is cramming the bluetooth headset into the helmet.

Anyone else tried this or can recommend a better (cheap) setup?

Cheers,

Chris

Don't know about cheap, but there are a few options

1) a new range of helmets with built in earpieces that are bluetooth enabled.

2) autocom pillion box (smart or sport I think) that allows a bluetooth listener, that should pick up your mobile.

3) other firms adaptation of 2)

Of course there's a lot to be said for that option as well! Part of it is safety though - commuting through central London we reckon that two pairs of eyes is better than one.

Another idea... Since we'd both be on the same network with free calls between us, maybe we could just plug in our handsfree kits, call each other, and then hop on the bike?
