2000 "W" reg CBR 600 FY Model
28000 miles
Black/Red
Datatool alarm
ART Carbon Can + original
Braided hoses
Double bubble screen
3 owners

Full history, mainly with Honda. Bike was stolen and recovered 3 years ago, but was not damaged, it is on the HPI register.

Its been used to comute on all year round by me for the last 2 years,its a little bit tatty, is now due a service and will need a rear tyre shortly.

Just wondered what people thought it might be worth, not looking to trade it as I am having a break from comuting on a bike for a while, back to the daily grind of the car for me....

Well for a trade in on my 2000 Y 748, 8,000 miles absolutely mint with loads of extras

They offfered £3,500

So I would guess at sub £2k possibly more like £1,400

But I'm only guessing

I decided to keep mine

The best part of bugger all I'm afraid. It's not that the high mileage will render it knackered which is nonsense as we know but simply the fact that anyone looking for a bike like yours will have loads to choose from run by people who do about 1000-2000 miles a year. Added to that, if it's on the register, untidy, needs a service and a new back tyre and you're better off keeping it.
