Well as per some other posts/threads I wasn't getting on with the ZZR1400 and despite considering R9T, MT10, S1000R etc I decided I did need another sportsbike and these are a bargain right now and I think a good road sportsbike. I used to have the K9 version which I loved and this is pretty much the same bike with the addition of ABS, think I am in love again cloud9

Very nice, I really like the new Suzuki colour scheme. I've had a K7 GSXR 750 for 4 years now and it's always been a great bike, enjoy it.

Welcome to the club buddy!

They are absolutely awesome as far as I'm concerned. Puts a smile on my face and thats's all that matters.
Still taking it easy on mine at the moment (just a shade over 500 miles on it atm) but boy does it like to rev!

And 0% over 4 years on the ABS model with all the Yoshimura bits and sports pack was a complete no-brainer. I had the K1 thou a few years back and loved it and this just brings back great memories :-)

Congrats - nice choice - last of the analogue beasts along with the outgoing Fireblade. Canny choice as a sports tourer too.

Well done OP. From L2 onwards the GSX-R 1000 has been a well sorted bike having the Big Piston Forks, The radial Brembo's and of course the famous Suzuki engine.

As 3DP says the last of the analogue dinosaurs for real men [lol]

Nice, enjoy, I think they are very underrated.

I just sold my 2010 GSXR1000, I had it from 2011, over the last 17 years and lots of bikes its the best bike I have ever owned.

Why the sale then? The longer I had it the faster and more uncomfortable it seemed to get! The truth is actually me getting older of course.

Decat, Yoshi, Helibars, heated grips.......................loved that bike.....................miss the wheelies........................now I have a 1050 Tiger.

Is it the litre or the 750?

Cracking deals on GSXRs. It was barely financially advantageous when I bought my used '13 plate in May.

I'm very smitten with mine, but the paint is st though, I can see you have the protective stickers which are very wise!
