I used one on a green laning experience, it was great fun and more than capable on road but found it lacking and hard work off road.

Is that the correct way round?

Had a go on one at the Honda stand at goodwood.

Fun little thing, slide it around and chuck it all over the place off-road.

Engine was fine, not exciting.

I’ve been eyeing them up for country lane use too.

ive got one, fine on the road so long as its not needing to cruise at more than 65,offroad the tyres are a limiting factor not very good on mud,wet grass but changing them to an offroad tyre will hamper the road abilities.
i looked at the s/h market for a while but most are still close to the new price best to badger the local dealer and get a new one at 4k

I meant it the other way round, I was hungry and thinking of food.

More than capable off road as in fine on green lanes etc and easily did anything you could chuck at it.
On road it was asthmatic and just not very nice to ride but that's just my opinion, go try one as you may feel differently.

Fine for pottering about on ,not very powerful , bit porky , but cheap as chips compered with say a KTM EXC ,and cheaper to run loads of people enjoying them from round the world adventurers to commuters .....

I have one, and absolutely love it! I can ride to local trails, or trailer it to proper off road places. It get a bit buffety over 60mph so not great for long fast rides. But they are great fun, and super reliable.

When I had mine, I didn’t enjoy getting to the trails, but the bike was better than me when I did get there (not saying a lot!!).

Exactly, it's very capable. So if you've not got a ton of off-road experience (like me) then it's more than you need. Plus it's fairly light, so easy to pick up when you drop it.

There's a 'moto-vlogger' on YouTube called TheMissendenFlyer who owns one of these and has done a few videos on it including a long term review. Might be of interest?

Buying one this week for the other half!

Could do with a few KG less and afew HP more but there's not much else that will do what it does at that price (or even at a higher price) - If I had to go round the world (slowly) I'd have one (If my 701 Husky wasn't allowed!)
