Your CBT only allows you to ride a 125 of around 15bhp, on L plates.

The 33bhp bikes are for riders with a full license, but under 21.

Good 33bhp bikes - Kawasaki ER5 or the Honda CB500 gets good write-ups.

really?

i thought that the 33bhp applies to people with CBT and also over 21?

if this is the case, then maybe i should be on a DAS?!?!?

It is actually slightly different to this.........

RSVMilly is correct with regards to the CBT. However you have two options on the DAS - you can do the test to ride any bike, or a test to ride up to a 33bhp.

Both tests are identical - it is the cost that will be different.

Call one of your local training schools and they will explain all.

I cannot see any point on doing the DAS restricted - unless it is for money reasons.

My instructor (BiB) told me even the majority of policemen didn't understand the full complexities of bike licences.
