Very cool.

Reminds me of the Honda plant in Swindon where I did a contract many years ago except instead of aligning their chakras at the start of a shift they'd pipe 'Rivers of Babylon' over the PA so you could do your exercises.

Hero Motorcycles are absolutely huge in India. They had a collaboration with Honda going back to the late eighties and I think at some point they ended up becoming a higher volume manufacturer of motorbikes than Honda!

Best known for (and coincidentally my first motorcycle nearly 20 years ago) the Hero Honda Splendour which was a little 100cc commuter. It had the most awful tiny drum brakes and very little power... something like 7bhp or something but I have very fond memories of that bike smile

Amazing insight into this company.

Embracing Kaizen techniques. I wonder if they have also embraced Six Sigma?
