any know what address to send the form to please? ive had an email which says regardless of the address on the form send to this other address instead, thought it sounded a bit suss...
I've had similar, the form they supplied said Surrey but the address on the email said kent. It was a bit moot since I emailed the form to them. I had phoned them to find out what to do beforehand. I received the updated certificate and no issues to report since then.
