It is not impossible that I have posted on PH under a different name in the past, but I need to keep this one anonymous for probably obvious reasons.

Although these CCTV images are not very good, someone I know needs help identifying the make of this helmet. I have seen the original CCTV and it looks quite distinctive. The opening of the visor looks quite wide and deep, and above the visor, there may be a small black or dark logo, or it may be a vent. I'm pretty sure it's not a Simpson.

We are not sure whether it is a dark visor or simply because this photo was taken during the hours of darkness with IR, which could have made it look dark.

Any help very appreciated, thank you. Without going into details, a family of five with three young children was put in significant danger of losing their lives and without the intervention of people outside the family or home, they would most likely have been injured if not killed, which is why it's important to try to identify.

Thank you.

Also, if you recognise the logo on the leg of his trackies that might also help, thank you.

Closest I can think of is schuberth C4. The chin vent seems to match, visor is a similar shape especially at the back where it mounts to the helmet. There’s the small black part on the top vent.

The helmet is most likely stolen too if it is a C4. No one spends £500 on a helmet and rides in trackies.

Thank you, that really does look very close. I see what you mean about the cost though.

looks like he is holding a petrol can?

Surely has to be "known" to the family, not a random.

Yes, he's holding a petrol can.

I can't say too much about this at present other than that a serious event occurred (lives at significant risk) hence there's a strong drive to find the culprits. The whole thing start to finish is on CCTV. Family are at a complete loss to know who, which is pretty difficult for them to deal with. There are a lot of reasons why it is almost certainly not random though, which makes it even worse and even harder to comprehend.

It looks like two punk style "faces" on the leg rather than a logo. The "Yakuza" brand of clothing seems to be of a similar design.

Well I hope the police are involved; you don’t want to mess about with arson.
