I must be being a bit thick. Cannot work out how to download my insurance certificate.
Simply cannot find the link. Help appreciated!

I’ve had that problem with both bennetts and carol nash. In each case I’ve had to email them and ask for a copy of the actual insurance certificate. Bizarre, but that’s my experience.

Did they not send you an email when you took out your policy with a link to all the stuff and attached to that email was a PDF copy of the certificate?

They did but before I’d confirmed my NCD so the certificate says “draft” all over it. Was hoping there would be a portal I could download it from.

Mine came as an attachment with the confirmation email.
