I own one, on my 4th Aprilia and selling my 66 reg for a 19 model this year
Can't really think of anything to look for as from 15 onwards they really improved things mechanically
Valves are the only thing, with the initial one most saying check as they go tight. Mine were done at 10k just before it's 12k service. The inlets were a touch tight and done. You can feel it after as its smoother down low
I've got mine up for £8995 ono owned since new FSH at wheels Peterborough where I bought it
I know the bikes pretty good so anything specific just ask and I'll try help

You can get amazing deals on 1100rr rather than the factory, and to be honest apart from looks there’s hardly any difference, the Sachs suspension on the rr is excellent.
Give Kai a call at sp motorcycles in Exeter, he’s doing great deals on new ones
