battery heated gloves
Discussion
Can't help on the heated front, but mitts rather than gloves (heater or otherwise) are waaaay warmer then fingered gloves. Lack of dexterity may be a problem for some things, but not skiing (or snowboarding). And there are plenty of serious mitts for low temperatures out there; they're not all like kids mittens with a string joining them together. You may not even need to go heater with proper arctic-style mitts.
Hi
I have the Gerbing Gloves XR12 Hybrids that work both wired to the bike and from the optional batteries I have purchased.
They work really well both wired and via the batteries, I bough the battery packs for when my wife wants to use them or if I'm on a courtesy bike, work fine for a couple of hours.

I've got Gerbings too but I run them off the bike. I don't think the battery life would be long enough to be useful for skiing.
Best bet might be the warmest liners you can find under some heavy duty mitts or large gloves. You don't want too tight a fit. Also don't neglect keeping the core and arms warm.
Reynauds sucks. My Mum suffers badly from it and I've got some of the early signs...
EDIT: Re vests, the Keis one is good value, but likely suffers from the same limitations regarding battery life.

How about these? https://www.alpinetrek.co.uk/canada-goose-down-mit...
Another here with the Gerbings, I use the battery packs but my commute is only 30mins each way so they manage fine. They are fairly bulky but the only thing I struggle with is the indicator button, main control is fine. Gerbings have wiring all over too of course, where some gloves only do the top of the hand.. which is just daft.
As for waistcoat type things, I recently bought the KEIS vest, I'm running it off the bike power but you can throw a battery in a pocket and run off that too. The vest has an impressively low draw too, 1.3A IIRC. So far I've only used it a few times and even when its a claimed single figure Centigrade I can't have it on much more than medium setting, its too hot. Impressed so far, basically.

A quick Google turned up these

Available on Amazon and have fairly good reviews.

I hope you find something suitable. My dad suffered with this and it made winters absolute misery.
