ZX6R Lumpy at low revs
Discussion
Ok so I decided to do a full service on my 2000 ZX6R over winter. Service included new plugs, oil & filter, carb balance. Since all of this the bike is acting quite oddly. On tickover it sounds much more lumpy than before, a bit spluttery. However, it runs perfectly and revs through the range as it should and pulls hard. I just get the feeling something isn't right here but cannot put my finger on it. I put the old plugs back in as the originals were iridium and looked to be in good condition. The new plugs were just standard Champions which I know aren't great so didn't see the point changing them.
As the bike is pulling well I wouldn't expect it to be a carb issue but then again that's the part I've fiddled with so it makes sense that's where the issue lies! HELP!

did you clean the air filter and re-oil?
is the fuel filter clear?
is the breather from the tank clear - can you blow through it
at the risk of stating the bleedingly obvious - has the tickover changed - is it now too low to idle properly?
are the carbs mounted properly without any cracks in the rubbers
have you replaced the the balancing bungs
maybe do a short vid with/without the vacuum gauges hooked up so someone can help diagnose it
