Indicators not working

Bought and fitted a tail tidy for my MT07 off eBay. Checked indicators were working before putting panels back on and were fine. Tried again after panels on few minutes later and indicators stopped working. Connections all look ok. Checked fuses. Ok. Also front indicators don't work either. Could it be the indicator switch?
Was moving the indicator switch back and forth fair bit testing the indicators. Feel of the indicator switch doesn't seem quite right to me. Why would front indicators not work if I've only worked on the wiring for the back?
Parking, brake and license plate lights work fine.
Will take it to the dealer and see what they say. It's still under warranty. Think it will be an issue I've fitted a tail tidy?
