Getting really excited about my first new bike

I’ve been riding my k8 650 bandit for the last 7 years and it’s been a brilliant bike no faults or issues at all.but the time has come to pass it on and get something else.So after a few test rides I have chosen a new 2019 vstrom 650 xt in red some might say it’s its ugly and slow.but I absolutely loved it. And it arrives in my garage on Saturday .

It wasn’t to bad till I got the call to say it’s arrived yesterday now it’s starting to drag.going down to sign the papers and get the reg tommorow.so first time I’ll see it.

Made me look that model up. Tempted myself as it seems a bargain and a useful bike.

I wonder if it'd be cheaper to insure in London compared to my current, thieves favourite, fleet of Vespa 300 and TMAX 530.

Vespa just returned and readied for the road after being stolen and then found ONE year later. I'd moved twice in that time.

It’s supposed to rain now on Saturday.but that’s not going to stop me picking it up .will be taking it straight home to acf50 and give it a good detail
