is it still easy to register a crosser for the road?

I had a super-moto-d CRF450R. Its was a bit of an animal and rather high maintainance. When I got it originally it was geared for about 50mph in top and did 9mpg. Wheelies everywhere.
Some work on the sprocket sizes got it up to about 80-odd.
Bit of a moneypit as I kept buying carbon, titanium and Akrapovic for it, however I never dared ride it for fear of getting nicked and it attracted ludicrous amounts of interest from scrotes.
It was mad and made me ride like a t
t. It was also very loud and spat flames. I miss it.
