Yep and im getting timewasted galore on there.

No rear hubs... If the front hubs are OK just get the cheapest, sttest pair of wheels you can so they can tow it away.

Yeah, thats what you do when you sell parts off a car.. ie.. break a car. Wheels are worth £300 so no point leaving them on when i scrap the car.

Good thought , but I'd expect they would want a car without the fuel tank/lines and engine present. And they'd need to get a proper recovery truck to get it anyway, which im struggling to find a company that has one.

Given them a go, but ASM also have HIAB, just not in my area apparently. I suspect the same will apply to this company.

Should have left the wheels, any old wheels on, couple of nuts each wheel, tow vehicle on to truck, remove wheels. They'll have a fork lift at the yard...

Scrappies have thousands of wheels on site, you’d think the’d bring 4, bolt them on so they can wheel the car into their low loader.

Even without hubs , they’d find a way to get it on board.

I suspect there’s some other reason they don’t want your car....

I suspect he has sold anything of value on the car (he says he's made £1000 from parts) and now the people who buy scrap cars think theres nothing of value left on it to make it worth their time and effort

I reckon the reason might be that the OP wants £150 for it, whereas for free it'd be gone by the end of the afternoon.

Buy/borrow a petrol angle grinder, cut it into loads of bits and put it in your car.

Or call the scrappy and ask them if they know anyone who can help.

Or go banger racing and ask everyone in the paddock with a truck with a HIAB if they can help you out.

You ain't making any more money for it though, not unless you get it to the scrappy yourself. You'll end up paying someone now.
