Brake hose upgrade

After 12 years I think I could do with doing something about my front brake lines ( back ones are already done) on my ZXR750 L1.
Having gone onto M&Ps site plus some others, I've discovered a multitude of braided variants, what ones are supposed to be better than others and how much of my arm or leg can I expect to lose ?!!!!!!!!

HEL braided hose sets are readily available on Ebay. There are lots of online sellers trying to outdo one another. I got a set of braided, clear overcoated hoses with stainless fittings for about £55 inc postage.

Just make sure you buy a bleeding kit to save the hassle I had. Draper do a cheapo for around £6-7, available from DONTLIFT (a PHer)

When I had a Kwack I got them done at the first service by the dealer and it cost me about 60quid.
