I have to confess after all my years of riding I have never owned a one piece suit , dismissing them as a total pain in the arse and not as convenient as 2 piece . 2 weeks ago I purchased a dainese one piece of ebay ( second hand) and got the chance to try it out today for the 1st time biggrin .
I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to ride in and not as restrictive as a 2 piece that bulks up round the middle, and I can still manage a piss without getting naked in a hedge bottom .

I found the exact size I needed for a dainese suit from a friend that let me try his recently purchased one piece on, he is adamant that I am indeed fatter than him which brings me round to my initial title of this thread.

Below is a picture of his Dainese one piece where it has been for the last 2 weeks in the spare room packed out to the max for stretching, apparently it fits like a glove biggrin

I do hope he doesn't use this forum as its not the only time I've abused him on hear.

I nearly forgot to mention I look fking amazing in mine according to all the shop windows I looked in tongue out

What's the problem?
And what's the question?
Because from the posting, its not to me at least clear.

It’s just someone expressing happiness and joy dude. I found it nice to read and made me realise that if I ever got around to serious exercise and lost my gut then I too could get a onesie. nuts

I need to get a 1 piece soon, it will probably mean a 4hr sitting in sportsbikeshop trying on about 20 different suits to see which one fits a short arse, 'stocky' ;-) guy with stumpy legs and inevitably end up with me buying something too long and having to pay about 1/3rd of the suits cost in getting it altered.

Anyone know of brands that do short options or do I have to go custom / altered / get over it?

Congratulations on new stuff, I have some Delta 3 trousers in my cupboard for when I feel I'm good enough to justify them. I expect the training to be more costly.

I have short stumpy legs/long body so I went down the BKS route, not cheap but you get what you pay for.

^^^^^ This is mostly the reason I haven't bothered with one before, short fat ( fatter depending on how much beer I've drank) and spending hours wasting someone's time trying on suits when in reality they and every one else in the shop knows I need to do some exercise rolleyes

The fact said mate brought his new purchase around my house was a no brainer to try on. Size 54 Dainese and it actually fitted smile .

Apparently he told me it fits him like a glove, then he sends me the photo of it being stretched as its a bit tight biggrin, all this and he's adamant I am fatter than him .
Honestly, I wish id bought one years ago.

Seriously mate, I post a topical educational post about chubby people buying one piece leathers and you destroy my confidence in one short post. I new I should of bent the truth and said size 48 biggrin
