Criteria
(1) Must be London Commuter Friendly; filtering and making progress through heavy traffic.
(2) Good storage for a laptop without adding width with panniers. I can't deal with a back pack..
(3) 365 day usage in all weathers.
(4) Fun to ride without being tiresome.
(5) Not too tall for a short arse like me.

Nice to have
(1) Undesirable by the scrotes.
(2) Price as always.
(3) Decent looking and not fugly

Suggestions most welcome!

Honda NC700 or NC750

It was built for commuting, and has a storage frunk big enough for a helmet.

Less likely to be stolen than a scooter if you're London based because the scrotes seem to prefer twist and go.

You can stick a top box on pretty much anything so it is difficult to narrow down.

Busa?

ETA Busa is fugly so that rules it out.

Thanks for the replies - the Honda has caught my eye!
No backpack because my riding becomes ste when I wear one.
If the weather is really bad and the traffic is really heavy then its best not to have a backpack so you can concentrate 100% on the road.

Have you tried a Kriega? I don't even notice wearing mine.

Thanks for the replies

I start on the M40 at Beaconsfield and I head into Liverpool Street or Docklands. I have an OGIO backpack which is brilliant but because I am always time poor I would rather stow it in the top box which will free me up so that I can get a move on.
