Rumours are abounding that the big green one is about to acquire Bimota.
Personally I hope its for all the right reasons to position Bimota as a high quality European brand with the resources and funding to take on the likes of Ducati, MV and Aprilia.

Some of my favourite bikes ever came from Bimota and I hope and pray that they rise from their current malaise and make bikes that not have people lusting but actually work as intended.

That would be great news to see them live again, and Kawasaki are one of the more exciting Japanese brands!

Maybe not the same without Tamburini, but Morri is promoting the deal on his facebook page ...its real. Bimota finally has a rich owner smile

I would love to see some modern Bimotas with Kawasaki engines.

Not many punters at £65000

When 16 different people design a bike.

And all hate each other.

And never speak.

What a f*cking abomination. And that is me being positive about it.

Part of me likes the techy side. Positioning the shocks next to each other is quite cool. The other part of me thinks its overly complicated for the sake of being clever.

Looks wise its like everything has rushed forward under braking. I don't like the trend for tiny back ends either. Especially when the angle doesn't match the bike.

Looks like they extended the swingarm late in the design process.

Designed by a committee that never met.

Bimotas have never been designed to be popular to everyone. I’m pleased that people aren’t thing “shall I buy an H2 or a Tesi H2”. It would be hard to tell who I’d wanna go for a pint with hehe

They’re mad things meant for a few people and long may it continue.

From what I’ve seen they’re selling well!

I have a racing buddy who let slip he has 3 V-Due Bimotas.. not a guy who says a lot about his toys, but we got to talking about MotoGP stuff, and 2 strokes, and it turns out he has a Suter MMX too. You would deffo have a beer with him, and think he was a window cleaner or something.
