FP1 was wet, FP2 dry.

Zarco 4/10ths faster than any KTM on a Honda he has never ridden until today, and faster than Lorenzo.

Wonder if that'll help shape Lorenzo's future plans ?

I watched the video clip of the incident...what the hell is George thinking? Or not. Marc was right, he was asleep.

Vinales looking strong in the premier class... but not as strong as Martin in Moto2! Both classes shaping up for cracking races this weekend.

Shame for Quatararo, looking good for Ducati and surely Marquez is going to have something for Sunday?

Shame I can't get an LCR/5** tshirt for Sunday morning biggrin

ETA: Actually just gonna have to sit in my 5** t-shirt and LCR jacket and get a bottle of champers in the fridge: if he gets a top 10 I'll be popping it on Sunday morning!biggrin

MotoGP qualifying cancelled, rescheduled Sunday morning due to high winds. Moto3 and Moto2 were ok.

Yep that was a bit sketchy for the riders. Oliveira got blown off the track at 170mph. Big tumble.

Grid position is going off combined practice times so far, but they’re hoping to fit a qualifying session in tomorrow before the races.

I dare say some folk would be better off going by the combined times. wink

Marquez is in a league of his own, but I still cannot warm to him.

Bring back more riders being able to alternate each race with a win.

This is just so one-sided - but as mentioned, he is a class act.

So Q1 is at 00:20 but the clocks go back tonight. I'm assuming Q1 will be in just under 6 hours time but does that mean that Moto2 scheduled for 02:20 will 02:20 before or after the clocks go back?

Or will I be pissed and fall asleep before any races? Probably, but thought I'd highlight the clock change for anyone planning on setting an alarm. smile

ETA having rechecked the schedule the "clock change" is between Q2 and Moto3 race.

Vinales is flying.

Another save for Marquez. yikes

At least this one shouldn’t be a Marquez snoozefest.
