My Girlfriend ahs bought a Sachs XTC 125 and it's a nice little bike. However it's ride height is taking the piss. I can only sit on it tip toed and for her it the same. Is tightening up the springs going to affect the handling to the extent that it's not worth it ? Or can anyone think of a better solution.

won't affect the handling that much, but will make it a much nicer to ride. I found that the ride was very hard on a factory setting and every bumps in the road could be felt up my spine! ouch!
Let me know if you get any probs when riding in the rain.
