UEX Düsseldorf to Verona Motorail - Has anyone used it?

We are seriously considering using this service so us almost OAP’s can get further easier & not be knackered before tackling the mountains.
I would appreciate any knowledge of this train service good & bad

We used it a few years ago on a bike trip - but only as far as Innsbruck.

Thought it was very good. Check that they have a refreshment car on the train as otherwise you'll need to take food and drink with you.

There may be a restaurant car on our trip, but best to be prepared I reckon.
