Paramedic in need of answers

Hello all,
I am a Paramedic writing a paper for a Diploma Emergency Health Care. Being a biker and coming into contact with a few bikers (unfortunately) i am writing it on "The Motorcyclist Casualty". Reviewing how medical personell are trained to deal with, and any problems they may come across such as the humps seen on the back of many leathers.
If you have been involved in an accident and have any issues you would like to share with me that i may use, please pm me.
All information would be used completely in confidence.
It may be quite a morbid subject to look at but my opinion is that if we can prepare the Emergency services to deal with bikers better then its worth looking into.
