Isnt it a pain when you get somewhere and you cant chain the bike to anything?

I was thinking, You know those big suction things the windscreen guys use? Would one of those have enough suction to stop a bike being lifted if used to have suction onto the tarmac? It could be made of a really strong grinder proof metal and the handle that does the suction would obviously have some kind of lock on it to prevent the suction being lost then you chain to like an anchor point?

tarmac would let air in SO no suction but you could stick to some things but an attacker would only need to slide something thin under the cup to break the seal. you could have a metal shroud to prevent this though.

but how many times has your sat nav fallen of your windscreen ?

And imagine the amount of licking you was have to do to a cup big enough !

Drilling a 4 foot long pole into the tarmac and concreting it in might be more effective...

So instead of cutting through the lock on your bike chain, they cut through the lock on your big suction device, that's assuming you can get it to hold on an uneven surface in the first place.

If not you lose a bike and a suction device.

Titanium is not in the least bit grinder proof. The sparks are pretty though.

Should be ok at the big supermarkets though, you can attach it to the perspex cover on trolley collection bays or the windows of the shop itself.
