So Mr Dunlop is doing the roads on a PBM Ducati, should be an interesting season to see how the duc holds up to the rigours of the TT course

When I saw the title and your username I was expecting to see some Mick Doohan magic on the NSR500 smile

I expect he will either disappear into the distance at warp speed or it will fall apart before Ramsey

Odds on him falling out with it before the end of practice week and bringing one of his own bikes over again?

Any of the above might happen, he does have history in walking away after all.. He used to look scary at the TT then seemed more in control, but who knows what the V4 will do to him.
I wish i had a fraction of the talent that Doohan had. Oh the sound and smell of the old 2 stroke V4's.............

Iirc BMW had a bit of a yikes moment when they saw the telemetry from his qualifying a few years back and sent an engineer over from Germany to give the engines a precautionary rebuild before race week.

Every time I've seen MD ride at a number of road races, he's always been the one that as he passes by I'd wince a bit, seeing his bike all out of shape and 1/4 inch from a garden wall. He's very fast but compared to the rest of the 'grid', he seems to ride with an extra few degrees of psychotic lunacy.
