4 blokes and 2 little bikes - what van?
Discussion
In June next year im going to the 24 hr Nordeschleife with 3 others. We've been told best plan is to have small motorbikes to get around as the roads during the event are grid locked....so we're going to get a couple of CG125 Hondas.
Question- what is the best way to get there. Vans only seem to have 3 seats. Im thinking some sort of people carrier where seats fold into the floor or come out easily; however I will need to fit 4 guys.
The ideal is 3 in the front, single seat behind should just give the bikes enough room
We can remove wheels if necessary.
Does anyone know what, on a budget of say 2.5k, would be right sort of vehicle for the trip?

That looks perfect! I've driven them before in the US, nice and comfortable for the long trip we'll be doing after the race. Thank you
I think you'll be surprised how much space bikes take up, plus your luggage etc
Personally I run a Vito Traveliner and run it with 4 seats - 2 in front, 2 in back, it's ldeal for such trips
Van double seats in the front are horrific for long trips
Doubt you'd find one in budget but I'd hire one or raise the budget.
There are crew Vivaros etc too - 6 seats + load area but the non reclining seats wouldn't suit me.

Very good tip thank you; a generous back end. Front wheel first Im guessing 2 CGs would go in in a sort of V configuration Personally I run a Vito Traveliner and run it with 4 seats - 2 in front, 2 in back, it's ldeal for such trips

I don't mind increasing my budget, we will sell it after the trip so no real cost if you know what I mean?
