R1 upgrades

Done a few bits over the weekend, be great to get it out and use it properly
Thanks for the advice on here and guys on FB R1 page
Got the bike at Christmas £2500, got it fully serviced, fitted 2nd hand, PC3 akras, Ohlins damper, rear shock (after a service), fork springs.
Bit of Carbon here and there and swapped 2nd ASV levers selling the other parts on, Owes £3300 now

Feels lovely around the block over the bumps etc be great to get it out soon

I had one of these in black/grey when they were nearly new, for some reason I couldn’t get on with it at all but hope you’re enjoying yours, most people seemed to love them.
Mostly just wanted to comment on the colour, when they came out lava red wasn’t the most in demand but I think it’s aged really well and your bike looks great .

Always liked that color on the R1, and the carbon upgrades really suit it as well.
