Anyone else started booking track days again? MSV and No Limits have started opening booking. I have 1st June at Snetterton And 17th June at Brands booked up now.

My track bike won't be finished in time though, so I guess I will be taking the Ducati 748

I’ve got a 2 dayer at cadwell with OMCC on 18/19th June. Unfortunately although the trackdays could happen it looks as if they will cancel the event - it’s a southern based club and they said it’s irresponsible to run a 2 day event 200 miles from home when we’re not allowed to camp/supposed to stay away from home overnight.
Got to wait till early June to find out so should look at booking some other dates I guess!

No Limits have released a load of new dates and I think they are all fully booked until August, I can imagine its going to be a complete crash fest to begin with, I'll probably not bother with any this year to be honest as I don't really think its a good idea to be chancing a stay in hospital.

A mate of mine from work was booked onto Cadwell early June, but it was cancelled. He rebooked for Mallory early July instead, he said they were absolutely rammed with people trying to rebook.

I've just booked evening events at Cadwell for June and July. There were places left on novice and Int/advanced groups.

I would love to get Cadwell booked too, but its too far to drive without an overnight stay so it will have to wait until restrictions are lifted further.

How are they managing the garages? I briefly read the email and thought i saw that it was intemediate and advanced only? so must mean less numbers, and possibly only a certain number in the garage spaced out at the same time - doors open to replicate being outside(?).

I answer my own question -

Staying clear of the massively restricted UK days, have a couple of foreign ones in for later in the year so we'll see .....

I booked a few days at Cadwell for next month. Tried to book a couple of Donington days but they sold out instantly. I’ve used MSVT rather than NoLimits as they seem to not be as rammed

Ditto, definitely steering clear of UK days for next couple of months.

My booked dates at Spa have been moved from mid-Aug to mid-Sept which suits me fine. Quite happy it doesn't involve flying or the 3 consecutive weekend of logistics that flyaway Euro trackdays bring. My Portimao credit for next weekend can just sit there til next year for all I care.

Also I hurt some nerves in my neck in an enduro crash 3 months ago and it's taking flipping ages to sort itself out, still getting numb hands - I manged a road ride yesterday for the first time and quite happy at a max of 55mph - might need to up my game before a track day!
